Dr. Ariel B. Grobman is a second-generation, board-certified otolaryngologist and head & neck surgeon with over a decade of active clinical and surgical experience in South Florida. He is a partner at South Florida ENT Associates, one of the nation’s largest private practice ENT groups, and serves on the Executive Board of Elevate ENT Partners. Dr. Grobman also serves as Medical Director of Baptist Health Plantation Surgery Center, where he was named Physician of the Year, as well as Medical Director of WellnessMD. Dr. Grobman maintains an active, high-volume clinical and surgical practice treating both adult and pediatric patients across a broad range of otolaryngologic conditions. His practice includes sinonasal disease, hearing loss, otology/neurotology, airway disorders, thyroid disease, head & neck pathology, and complex ear disease. He routinely performs advanced ENT surgical procedures and remains actively involved in contemporary standards of care and evolving surgical technologies. Dr. Grobman provides expert witness services for both plaintiff and defense counsel in state and federal litigation. His opinions are grounded in contemporary clinical practice, evidence-based medicine, and meticulous medical record review. He is known for delivering clear, well-supported medical opinions and communicating complex medical concepts in a manner understandable to attorneys, judges, and juries. Areas of expert witness focus include: • ENT injuries and surgical complications • Sinonasal disease, septal deviation, nasal fractures, and nasal trauma • Delayed diagnosis and failure to diagnose head & neck malignancies • Airway management and tracheotomy complications • Thyroid and parathyroid surgical complications • Vocal cord and laryngeal disorders • Conductive, sensorineural, and mixed hearing loss • Tympanic membrane perforations and ossicular chain injuries • Vestibular disorders, dizziness, and balance dysfunction • Tinnitus causation and occupational/acoustic injury claims • Noise-induced hearing loss and ototoxicity • Surgical complications involving tympanoplasty, mastoidectomy, cochlear implantation, and stapes surgery • Barotrauma and pressure-related ear and sinus injuries Dr. Grobman has additional expertise in diving and barotrauma medicine and is affiliated with Divers Alert Network (DAN). He is among a relatively small group of otolaryngologists with formal experience evaluating dive-related ear injuries, sinus barotrauma, aviation-related pressure injuries, and occupational pressure exposure cases. In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Grobman serves as a Clinical Advisor to Neocis, providing insight into surgical innovation and evolving procedural technologies. Dr. Grobman earned his undergraduate degree in Psychology, Cum Laude, from the University of Maryland Scholar’s Program before returning to Miami to complete both medical school and residency training at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, where he graduated at the top of his class. He completed advanced clinical training in Otology and Neurotology following residency. Professional affiliations include the American Academy of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery and the prestigious Triological Society. Dr. Grobman is fluent in English, Spanish, and Hebrew and routinely treats a diverse multicultural patient population throughout South Florida.
