He holds a PhD from the University of Florida and operates out of Argos' Coral Gables, Florida office, serving clients across the United States and internationally. Dr. Mosavi has conducted forensic investigations on high-rise residential and commercial structures across the continental United States, as well as international projects in South America and Caribbean. His experience spans luxury condominium towers, mixed-use developments, waterfront structures, and infrastructure assets in coastal and tropical environments — settings where accelerated corrosion, humidity-driven deterioration, and complex envelope failures are especially prevalent.
