Most my experience as an RN has been in the Emergency Department, Radiation Oncology, a few other roles, and currently an Urgent Care clinic. I know medical jargon can be confusing and intimidating sometimes, let me be the bridge to you having a better understanding of your case. Services: -Verifying validity of a case (were there standards of care breached) -Case review (detailing which standards of care were breached) -Create timelines -Create demonstratives for trial dates -Attend DME, IME, worker’s comp cases, neurological exams, neuropsychological exams (Bay Area, and Sacramento Area) MOST IMPORTANT-protect your client during the defense exam from a 2nd deposition by a doctor. -Expert witness (Emergency & Radiation Oncology only) -I have many connections in the LNC world, so if you need a different nurse expert, that is not problem, I can assist you to find the right expert LNC.
