Davis with a double major of Biochemistry and Business Management J.D. from University of Pacific, McGeorge School of Law Mr. Swickard double majored in Biochemistry and Business Management and in receiving his B.S. from the University of California, Davis, where he also received the Regents Scholarship Award for Academic Excellence. Professional Experience 1981 - 1997 CEO and General Manager - Geothermal Energy Development Company • Made multiple hazardous waste generator determinations in the exploration, development and operation of geothermal electrical energy generation facilities. 1997 - 2004 ; 2008 to Present - Federal and State Industrial Hygiene Assessment/Hazardous Materials/Waste Attorney • Provided assessments of environmental cleanup sites, industrial hazardous material/waste determinations for collection, handling, transportation, storage and end destination of hazardous materials and/or wastes and of Industrial Hygiene reports for the mitigation of workplace hazards and risks and compliance with Cal/OSHA regulations for clients. 2004 - 2007 Chief Counsel and Director, Cal/EPA Department of Toxic Substances Control • Provided oversight of the Departments Regulatory/Enforcement actions for violations of Federal and California Environmental and Cal/OSHA law and regulation including hazardous material/waste investigations and remediations approvals of regulated parties handling hazardous materials/wastes and of site cleanup and remediation workplans and environmental enforcement litigation strategies. 2008 - 2025 Federal and State Industrial Hazardous Materials/Waste and Industrial Hygiene Assessment/Consultant and Expert Witness • Provided advice to clients regarding the determination, collection, handling, transportation, storage and end destination of hazardous materials and/or waste and in industrial hygiene and workplace safety issues for entities involved in hazardous material and waste handling businesses. • Testified at trial and/or deposition as an expert witness in the following matters:  LPOD v.
