Dr. Michael P. O’Neill is a fellowship-trained Neuroradiologist with over 30 years of experience in diagnostic radiology. He completed his Neuroradiology fellowship and Diagnostic Radiology residency at the University of South Florida in Tampa, FL. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from the State University of New York at Buffalo and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry, with prior studies in Electrical Engineering at Cornell University. Dr. O’Neill is Board-Certified by the American Board of Radiology and is licensed to practice medicine in Florida, Alabama, Arizona, Colorado, Mississippi, North Carolina, Nevada, and Washington, allowing him to provide expert radiology services across multiple jurisdictions. He is President of Professional Radiology Associates, P.A. in Orlando, Florida, where he oversees a high-volume private practice with more than 300,000 MRI and CT interpretations. His clinical expertise includes MRI and CT imaging of the brain, spine, and musculoskeletal system. Dr. O’Neill is the Founder and Managing Member of Radiology Review Services LLC, where he has provided Independent Medical Examinations (IMEs), radiology record reviews, and trial services for over 10 years. His medicolegal experience includes case review, expert reporting, deposition testimony, and trial testimony. Dr. O’Neill provides clear, authoritative in-person trial testimony and is experienced in presenting complex imaging findings in a manner understandable to judges and juries. He previously founded and operated multiple multimodality diagnostic imaging centers in Central Florida before their successful sale.
