She has driven workers’ compensation innovation, guideline development, and quality improvement at both state and federal levels. Previously the Chief Medical Officer for the Railroad Retirement Board and a Medical Officer with OSHA, Dr. Bonson evaluated complex work-related illnesses and exposure concerns, reviewed compliance with occupational health standards, and provided expert disability determinations and medical guidance on challenging cases.
