Dr. Neha Pathak is a board-certified podiatric physician and surgeon with an active clinical and surgical practice specializing in foot and ankle medicine and surgery. She provides independent expert consultation in medico-legal matters involving podiatric standards of care. Dr. Pathak’s expert services include comprehensive medical record review, standard-of-care analysis, and medical causation assessment. Her clinical expertise includes postoperative complications, infection and wound-healing issues, diabetic foot pathology, limb salvage, and delay in diagnosis. She routinely evaluates surgical decision-making in both outpatient and inpatient settings. Dr. Pathak completed her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science, Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine, and her residency training at the New York Harbor Veterans Affairs Medical Center. She maintains an active podiatric practice and holds an attending podiatric surgeon appointment at Hoboken University Medical Center. She maintains hospital privileges at Hudson Regional Hospital and Wyckoff Heights Medical Center, with anticipated surgical privileges at Bayonne Medical Center.
