1Additional Information
Board-certified in Emergency Medicine. Residency trained at the combined Denver Health Medical Center/University of Colorado program, one of the oldest and most highly regarded Emergency Medicine residency programs in the country, where I was awarded Best Resident Teacher. I have been in the continuous practice of full-time clinical medicine since 2014, former clinical faculty at the University of Colorado. Published several peer-reviewed articles in the medical literature, on topics such as anticoagulation and venous thromboembolism, subdural hematoma, and meningoencephalitis. Experience in hospitals of trauma designation 1-4, freestanding ERs, and urgent care. Currently employed full time in clinical practice. Clear communicator and can confidently translate medical reasoning into lay terms. Awarded for my teaching ability; if I can teach a student, I can teach a jury. Letters of referral from attorneys and sample of work product happily provided upon request. I offer a no-charge, informal case discussion.
