William B Rosenblatt MD, is a doubly board certified surgeon with over 45 years of experience in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He is boarded by The American Board of Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery (ENT) as well as the American Board of Plastic Surgery. His practice is mostly elective cosmetic surgery, including eyelid, facial, nasal as well as breast and body cosmetic surgery. Dr. Rosenblatt has extensive experience doing independent medical examinations and has testified in court both for the defendant as well as the plaintiff. He is in active practice in NY and still performs many Blepharoplasties, Rhinoplasties, Face Lifts and Body and Breast surgery. He is listed in "Castle Connolly America's Top Doctors" and has been listed in "New York Magazine Best Doctors" and other publications. As a cosmetic surgeon, Dr. Rosenblatt uses his skills to evaluate victims of traumatic episodes, such a dog bites, facial trauma and other issues and can give testimony on the need for future treatment, costs, and prognosis. Currently Dr. Rosenblatt is the President of Quad A, the premier certifying agent of office-based surgical facilities and is an expert in that field.
