Paul Overton is a Florida-licensed Certified General Contractor, licensed roofing contractor, and principal of a licensed engineering and construction consulting firm specializing in concrete restoration, waterproofing, structural repairs, and exterior façade rehabilitation for condominium and HOA communities. His practice focuses on forensic construction services, construction defect and insurance-related matters, complex building assessments, and owner’s representation throughout the State of Florida. Mr. Overton brings nearly four decades of hands-on experience and has been directly involved in hundreds of destructive testing and forensic investigation assignments. He has also participated in presentations alongside lawmakers involved in drafting Florida Senate Bills SB-4D, SB-154, and House Bill HB-913, with a focus on building safety, reserve requirements, and regulatory compliance.
