My company provides engineering consulting and product development services across the spectrum of entrepreneurs, small businesses, and large firms, as well as expert services. We are a network of skilled professionals with backgrounds including all engineering disciplines, science, manufacturing, regulatory affairs, and a wide range of others. We specialize in projects involving optics, electronics, software, and various aspects of materials physics, but have made happy customers in a broad range of endeavors. As of 2025, I have served as an expert on more than 30 matters, have been deposed over 12 times, and have testified in District and Superior Court, as well as the ITC. My primary focus has been in intellectual property, but I have experience in personal injury and product liability cases as well. I was also an adjunct professor of Applied Physics at Cal State San Marcos for over 16 years, teaching electronics, optics, embedded programming, and physics.
