12Additional Information
I am a Physician Assistant specializing in emergency medicine and urgent care, with extensive experience in chart review and standard-of-care analysis for hospital quality and risk management. I provide medical-legal consultation and expert opinion for cases involving diagnostic errors, failures to diagnose, missed myocardial infarction or stroke, sepsis, improper discharge, and other ED or urgent care standard-of-care matters. I have practiced across multiple hospital and urgent care locations, including University Hospitals (Bedford Heights, Richmond Heights, Geauga, Portage, Twinsburg) and Cleveland Clinic (Mayfield Heights, Garfield Heights, Euclid, Warrensville Heights), gaining experience in diverse patient populations and high-acuity settings. My clinical expertise includes acute care, triage, diagnostic evaluation, emergency procedures, and patient management. I hold a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies, a Master of Health Sciences, and a Bachelor’s degree from Kent State University. I am licensed as a PA, maintain all required certifications, and regularly complete ACLS and PALS training to ensure up-to-date emergency care knowledge. I am available to provide chart review, standard-of-care analysis, and expert consultation. While I have not yet provided deposition or trial testimony, I am fully prepared to provide expert opinion if requested. In addition to clinical and quality review work, I have trained PA students and new staff on emergency procedures and best practices. I stay current with evidence-based guidelines and hospital protocols to ensure thorough, accurate, and informed evaluations in all cases.
