Experienced digital forensics consultant and former law enforcement supervisory detective with two decades of investigative expertise, specializing in complex digital evidence analysis, criminal investigations, and strategic case review. Hands-on experience completing forensic extractions on more than 2,000 cellular devices, reviewing call detail records, analyzing Base Transceiver Station Activity Dumps, and examining records obtained from electronic service providers. Additionally, responsible for the technical setup and execution of the first lawful interception conducted under State of Alaska authority. Recognized by the Alaska Court System as an expert in cellular forensics and testified in that capacity at least a twelve times. Also recognized as an expert in the field of drug distribution, testifying in that capacity more than 2 dozen times. Experience as a primary case agent managing major felony investigations, including homicides, sexual assaults, kidnappings, white-collar offenses, large-scale narcotics cases, and complex digital crimes. Served as a member of the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force from 2015 through 2023, conducting computer and digital forensic examinations involving the identification, preservation, analysis, and documentation of electronic evidence. Responsibilities included forensic acquisition and analysis of computers and storage media, examination of user activity and system artifacts, coordination with prosecutors and partner agencies, and preparation of detailed forensic reports for investigative and court use. Approximately 2,186 hours of law enforcement training received, including a minimum 296 hours of training directly related to digital forensics. In addition to providing expert review and testimony, licensed private investigator in Tennessee and Michigan, with full legal authority to conduct investigative work in Alaska.
