She has been qualified as an expert in both state and federal courts. She provides testimony throughout Texas, nationwide, and internationally. Kacy's background spans clinical rehabilitation, case management, vocational evaluation, and forensic consulting. She is a member of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals, the Texas Association of Rehabilitation Professionals, Providers of Services, and Vocational Evaluation and Career Assessment Professionals.
