Ammar Taha, MD is double Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology and Neuroradiology with 12 years of clinical experience in Radiology. Dr. Taha is Assistant Professor of Radiology at the University of Missouri (MU) where he has taught dozens of residents and fellows about General Radiology topics such as reading imaging studies and image -guided procedures. He is a career long educator and patient advocate in the field of Radiology. He works as a Neuroradiologist at MU, which means that he reviews films and diagnoses brain and spine disorders. He also works in the field of teleradiology where he reviews films remotely from hospitals and imaging centers around the country. Dr. Taha is an experienced researcher and writer with multiple peer reviewed publications. He serves as a radiology expert at multidisciplinary conferences in collaboration with Neurology, Neurosurgery and ENT colleagues at MU.
