My career, which includes serving over 13 combined years as the Chief of Police for the City of Fort Lauderdale and the City of West Palm Beach has been defined by my deep commitment to integrity, strategic decision-making, and unweaving focus on facts and accountability. I am a graduate of both the FBI's National Academy ("NA"), the FBI's National Executive Institute ("NEI"), Florida Attorney General’s CPTED Training and I am a current member of ASIS International. My education and professional experience make me uniquely qualified to offer authoritative and credible testimony in legal cases requiring a seasoned perspective on law enforcement practices, complex criminal investigations, excessive use of force, racial bias, systemic challenges within policing and security negligence.
