I specialize end-to-end management of complex investigations with speed and precision and am comfortable delivering highly visible findings under sustained executive, legal, and regulatory scrutiny. I am formally trained and certified to perform full causal analysis on events ranging from geriatric falls with injury to catastrophic harm and unexpected death. Root cause analysis is a core discipline within systems science and is setting-agnostic by design. As one of two analysts supporting a >1,000-bed academic hospital and level I trauma center (as well as it's hospital-based clinics), I carried a substantial concurrent caseload spanning settings from ambulatory clinics to ICUs and specialties including pediatrics, neurology, cardiology, emergency medicine, surgery, internal medicine and others. I have hands-on clinical expertise with a decade of experience as a clinician and leader in diagnostic and interventional radiology as well as emergency medicine.
