To Whom It May Concern, At the age of 17, I was accepted to Indiana University School of Medicine through the 8-year BS/MD program. At my college graduation, I was awarded the President's Medal--the highest award given to a graduating senior. In medical school, I graduated as a member of Alpha Omega Alpha, which recognizes the top 15% of medical school graduates. I completed my residency at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Beverly Hills, California. I completed a minimally invasive and outpatient spine surgery fellowship at Masson Spine Institute in Orlando, FL under the tutelage of neurosurgeon, Robert Masson, MD. For the past 4 years, I have practiced in private practice, hospital employed, and academic environments. I contributed extensively to the scientific literature with over 40 publications, book chapters, abstracts, and presentations. I have been recognized for research excellence with awards from the WOA (Western Orthopaedic Association), ORS (Orthopaedic Research Society), SRS (Scoliosis Research Society) and CSRS (Cervical Spine Research Society). I am board certified by the ABOS (American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery). I am an active member of the AAOS (American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons). From 2022-2025, I worked in a rural private practice environment near my hometown of Henderson, KY. My volume is approximately 110 clinic patients weekly, 10-20 surgical procedures per week, 2-4 office procedures weekly (kyphoplasty, epidural steroid injections), 10-15 call days per month. My productivity in 2024 was approximately 12,462 wRVU (MGMA 75th percentile, median 9,000 wRVU). The last 6 months of 2024 I averaged approximately 1250 wRVU monthly, October 2024 wRVU was approximately 1650. My practice mix is approximately 20% spine (operative and non-operative management), 30% elective total joints (hip, knee, shoulder) primary, complex, and revision total joints, 30% trauma/fractures, 10% pediatrics, 10% foot ankle and hand trauma I have been trained in expert witness testimony by SEAK at their official course in Falmouth, Massachusetts. I hold active, unrestricted medical licenses in Indiana and Kentucky. I have also been licensed to practice medicine in California, Florida, Missouri, and Utah.
