I am a court-tested expert witness and class-action administrator with more than two decades of experience transforming large-scale consumer, telecommunications, streaming, and payment-card data into evidence that satisfies Federal Rule 23 and withstands Daubert scrutiny. My practice spans the full range of consumer-related litigation, with an emphasis on privacy matters—particularly the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the Video Privacy Protection Act (VPPA)—as well as ERISA, insurance, and other class-action statutes. As a class-action administrator, I have managed more than 1,700 cases and helped distribute well over USD 5 billion to class members. I design rigorous protocols to identify and locate putative class members and to perform comprehensive data analyses. I prepare expert opinions and reports, provide deposition and hearing testimony, and present trial evidence on numerosity, ascertainability, class-member identification, adequacy of notice, settlement-administration procedures, and damages modelling. Counsel also retain me for pre-mediation and pre-settlement consultations, rebuttal analyses, and strategic guidance on subpoena scope and data governance.
