Dr. Gabriella Minera is a board-certified Emergency Medicine physician with 15+ years of experience. Dr. Minera completed Emergency Medicine residency at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center, where she served as academic chief resident. Her clinical experience spans Level I Trauma, Stroke, and STEMI centers as well as resource-limited critical access hospitals—providing a deep understanding of variable standards, workflows, and resource constraints in emergency care. She is Emergency Medicine core faculty at Southwest Healthcare MEC in Temecula, CA and regularly teaches on key Emergency Medicine topics. For this reason, she is keenly aware of the standard of care in Emergency Medicine. Dr. Minera is also the Director of the Morbidity and Mortality Lecture Series for Southwest Healthcare, providing medico-legal risk evaluations, and presenting specific cases and topics on how to improve care, avoid documentation disasters, and how to make system-wide changes to improve practice management, patient outcome, and patient experience. Additionally, Dr. Minera is the co-director of the Quality Assurance and Improvement Committee for Temecula Valley Emergency Department and actively participates as a reviewers for the Journal of Emergency Medicine, proving that she is up-to-date on current medical literature.
