I am available for medical expert witness work in Obstetrics and Gynecology, including review of medical records, preparation of reports, and testifying at deposition and trial. I have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as an aptitude for translating medical terminology for lay public consumption. For twenty years, I have practiced the full range of obstetrics and gynecology including high risk and low risk obstetrics, interpretation of obstetric and gynecologic ultrasounds, gynecologic surgery including minimally invasive vaginal and laparoscopic procedures (trained in single site laparoscopy and vNotes vaginal laparoscopic surgery), surgery for stress urinary incontinence, high risk and low risk deliveries including Cesarean section, outpatient clinic procedures, birth control counseling including LARC methods and sterilization, menopause care, abortion care, diagnosis and management of complicated vulvovaginal disease, sexual health and sexual pain. I trained at Mayo Clinic, which is consistently recognized as one of the top gynecologic hospitals in the country. I have been certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology since 2006. I am a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. I have an active medical license in the state of Minnesota.
