Mr. Jett’s expertise is concentrated in snow-related slip and fall incidents, scope of work analysis, vendor performance, documentation integrity, and weather service alignment. He has authored dozens of expert reports for active litigation across multiple states and has consulted for both plaintiffs and defendants. His casework has supported favorable early settlements in nearly every matter to date. He has since built JWA into a leading consulting firm for facilities, insurers, and attorneys. He also leads the Winter Certification Authority™, which validates snow service billing accuracy and compliance for risk-sensitive sites.
