His guideline development work is published in peer-reviewed journals including The Journal of Manipulative and Physiological Therapeutics and The Journal of Alternative and Complementary Medicine. Dr. Crivelli was recently appointed to the Board of Trustees for Northeast College of Health Sciences (formerly New York Chiropractic College), where he contributes to the strategic oversight of one of the nation's premier chiropractic institutions. He is also a recognized educator and program director, having trained hundreds of chiropractic assistants over the last 20 years. He is certified in myofascial trigger point dry needling, Cox Distraction Technique, and has advanced training in spinal trauma through the San Diego Spine Research Institute. His professional affiliations include the American Chiropractic Association (Maryland Delegate, Legislative Committee, and Guidelines Task Force), the Council on Forensic Sciences, the North American Spine Society, and the International College of Chiropractors (Fellow). He also serves on the Research Workgroup for the national Chiropractic Strategic Plan. Dr. Crivelli’s expert witness experience is supported by deep familiarity with documentation standards, SOAP notes, outcome assessments, and interprofessional communication. He has served as an invited lecturer for state and national chiropractic associations and at institutions such as NASA Goddard Space Flight Center. His opinions are grounded in clinical evidence, real-world experience, and the current best practices of the chiropractic profession. Dr. Crivelli is available for case review, written reports, deposition, and trial testimony for both plaintiff and defense.
