Safety professional with over 35 years of experience predominantly as the General Contractor on multiemployer projects and construction programs. Also experienced with safety oversight from the Construction Manager and Owner perspectives as well as providing construction safety services in the insurance industry. Created, implemented and supervised/managed corporate and project safety programs and activity-specific procedures (such as mobile crane lifts, helicopter external lifts, demolition, penetrating walls/floors/slabs, etc.). Extensive experience with crane and helicopter lift planning, plan reviews, oversight, supervision and management in congested construction environments. Credentialed as a Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST), and Occupational Hygiene and Safety Technician (OHST) by examination through the Board of Certified Safety Professionals. Executive Program in Safety Management certificate from the American Society of Safety Engineers. Authorized OSHA Outreach Training Program Instructor for the 10 and 30-Hour Construction Safety and Health Courses since 1993.
