She has extensive experience addressing economic damages, most often in the areas of (i) personal injury/wrongful death, (ii) employment-related cases (e.g., wrongful termination, discrimination) (iii) analyses to address class action claims (e.g., wage and hour, false advertising, statistical sampling), and (iv) commercial claims (e.g., breach of contract). She has provided economic and financial analyses on these matters by combining sophisticated economic and statistical techniques. Ms. Liska has testified as an expert witness in federal and state courts, arbitration, and deposition. She also regularly collaborates with others at her firm, Fulcrum Financial Inquiry, in complex cases where expertise across different areas is required to address needs for forensic accounting, fraud investigation and business valuation.
