I am a Diplomate, American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology in PSYCHIATRY I am a Diplomate, American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology in FORENSIC PSYCHIATRY I am licensed to practice Medicine in the States of Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina I had many years of experience in treating Mental Disorders at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Centers I had 11 years of experience at VAMC, Las Vegas in conducting Compensation & Pension Examinations on the Veterans who claimed various mental Disorders related to their Military Service. Major Portion of these Examinations were for the claims of POST TRAUMATIC STRESS DISORDERS from Combat, Traumatic Brain Injuries, and Sexual Assaults. Other claims included Bipolar Disorders, Major Depressive Disorders. In the past, I had experience with the trials in the Court Rooms for Involuntary Hospitalizations in the States of Iowa, Mississippi, North Carolina, Florida and in the Country of New Zealand. Those experiences with the Court Room Trials were Positive. In the past I did number of examinations for COMPETENCY TO STAND TRIAL in the State of Indiana. In the remote past, I did evaluations of the Prisoners of wars-World War II, for the purpose of Disability determination by the Veterans Benefits administration My additional interests include -Determination of Testamentary Capacity Mental Disorders like Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Anxiety Disorder, Phobia, and Depressive Disorders secondary to vehicular accidents and other traumatic experiences My faculty Appointments in the remote Past included -Clinical Associate Professor of Psychiatry at Marshall University, Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at State University of New York at Down State medical center, Voluntary Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at University of New Mexico ,and Clinical Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at Texas Tech University, Lubbock, TX
