Board-certified addiction medicine physician with a background in family medicine. I provide informal, non-testifying documentation review in cases involving opioid use disorder, buprenorphine/Suboxone treatment, methadone, urine drug screening, diversion risk, and compliance with OTP and MAT standards of care. I serve as Medical Director of multiple opioid treatment programs in Washington and Oregon. My experience includes peer review, protocol development, and clinical compliance evaluation. I also advise on documentation workflows and UDS interpretation for patients with complex SUD and co-occurring conditions. Available for behind-the-scenes record review, early case screening, and internal feedback on standard of care. I do not provide testimony or signed expert reports at this time. Licensed in WA and OR.
