Patrick Chylinski is a Partner and the practice leader for Armanino Advisory LLC's Forensic Accounting, Fraud Investigations, Litigation Consulting practice. Past experience includes working in the dispute advisory services practice at Deloitte, as a leader in the Litigation Consulting and Dispute Advisory services practice at RSM, LLP, and serving in leadership roles at regional firms. Mr. Chylinski assists businesses, boards of directors, and counsel in complex business and commercial dispute matters, as well as investigations of potential fraud and financial misconduct. Mr. Chylinski has wide-ranging experience, assisting clients in the public and private sectors, and in a variety of assignments including but not limited to contract disputes, partnership disputes, M&A and post-acquisition disputes, trust and estate disputes, fee disputes, labor and employment related matters, valuation related dispute matters, business interruption (BI) matters, intellectual property (IP) disputes, healthcare, insurance, nonprofit, family law, royalty and licensing inspections and disputes, and construction-related matters, among others. Mr. Chylinski has been designated as an expert in numerous cases, and has provided analysis and reports as an expert in Federal Court, State Court, and at arbitration, and has testified as an expert in litigation matters at deposition, arbitration, and trial.
