Henry ("Hank") Staley is a Prinicipal with Woodworth C ore Group, a hospitality industry consulting firm offering research, valuation, consulting, asset management and litigation support services. Over his 40-year career he has studied nearly 3,000 hotels in 47 U.S. states, the Carribean and Central America. He possesses the knowledge, skill, experience, training, and education relevant to a litany of issues involving the business and ownership of hotel real estate. His litigation support experience includes over 40 cases providing opinions related to valuation, feasibility, frachise issues, condemnation, tax appeals, business Interuption and lost profits. Mr. Staley is designated as a Certified Public Accountant, a MAI, a Counselor of Real Estate (CRE) and a member of the International Society of Hospitality Consultants (ISHC). Further, he is licensed as a State Certified General Appraiser in six states and obtains temporary permits as nessessary in other states. Past professional experience includes SVP positions with CBRE, PKF Consulting and Landauer & Associates, as well as Managing Partner of Atlantic Hospitality Advisors, President of Hospitality Analytics, Inc. and Principal of Laventhol & Horwath.
