Jaime Verger holds a Master of Science in Nursing degree, with emphasis in Executive Leadership. With more than 20 years of experience in senior executive level positions within the skilled nursing and senior living industries, her reputation of excellence and leading quality driven organizations, surpasses her. Previously, Ms. Verger has served as a VP of Clinical Services for Health Dimensions Group, a Senior VP of Quality and Clinical Operations for Heritage Senior Living and a CEO for Touchstone Senior Living. Through her various roles, she has completed hundreds of consulting engagements, including providing strategic planning, mission, vision and core value creation along with mentoring, coaching and training of new CEO and COOs for large organizations in both acute care and long-term care settings. A thought leader in the industry and a frequent speaker at healthcare conferences, Jaime is known for her excellent problem-solving and her record of implementing innovative solutions that remove formidable barriers to solidly ran operations and effective care. She has served on numerous state and national committees to improve proactive and preventative operational and clinical programs in long-term care settings. Throughout her years of experience, Ms. Verger has been considered an expert in the skilled nursing field, and has provided expert testimony for hundreds of both plaintiff and defense attorneys in medical malpractice cases. She currently is the President and Senior expert for Verger Group, LLC. In conjunction with her vast experience is her love for education and mentoring; she has precepted dozens of MSN students throughout the years and is also an adjunct nursing professor at the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
