Frank is a retired US Army Lieutenant Colonel with 32 years of service, as started, grew, and recently sold a multimillion dollar security consulting firm. He is a physical security and risk mitigation subject matter expert with 30 years of experience, having assisted Federal, state, local, private sector officials, as well as facility owners and operators to enhance their physical security posture. He works with organizations to address their demanding security needs, translating vulnerabilities into compelling security and operations efficiencies. Being completely versed in numerous national and international physical security design guidelines and standards, Frank serves as an advisor to AE design teams in the proper risk assessment and cost-effective implementation of risk mitigation measures. Clients include the Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of the Interior, Department of Defense, several Universities, Fortune 500 manufacturers, hospitality organizations, and numerous commercial businesses. Board-Certified in physical security assessments and design as a Physical Security Professional (PSP), ASIS International, member of the International Association of Professional Security Consultants (IAPSC), and CPTED Practitioner (Southern Police Institute).
