I am a board certified emergency physician and have been in clinical practice for over 22 years working in both academic and community settings. I currently clinically work in a high-volume academic trauma center that include working solo as well as alongside our Advanced Practitioners, our trainees and UCSF School of Medicine medical students. I also hold an administrative clinical leadership role enabling me to have a large exposure to patient case review for both teaching and feedback to our physicians and nursing staff. In my experiences as a legal expert reviewer, I have done expert testimony and medical-legal review for both the defense and plaintiff sides.
