Additional Information

I grew up in Medford, New Jersey. I was inspired to go into medicine by his father, who was a primary care physician in Medford for 40 years. I attended Johns Hopkins University as an undergraduate and then returned to New Jersey for medical school at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson. I thoroughly enjoyed the time I spent working on the orthopedic surgery service and went on to do my residency in orthopedics at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. I loved working on the pediatric orthopedic service at Case, especially being able to make such a significant difference in the lives of children and their families. I went on to pursue my pediatric orthopedic fellowship at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital. I then moved to New Orleans to practice pediatric orthopedics at Ochsner Medical Center. There I developed a special interest in pediatric sports medicine and cerebral palsy. After working in New Orleans for 11 years, I had the opportunity to move back to the Philadelphia area and work for Shriners Children’s. I started working at Shriners Children’s in 2022 and now work with the lower extremity team, especially in sports medicine and cerebral palsy, as well as the motion analysis center. I spend a lot of my time teaching residents and giving lectures for various organizations in the Philadelphia area. I now live in South Jersey with my wife and two young daughters.
