As as very experienced eye surgeon I have the expertise to address most eye problems both medically and surgically. I have been an expert witness in trials and given depositions many times. I have written and published articles and textbooks in my area of expertise which were used in trial. I have trained other surgeons including those at UCLA teaching programs and the Washington Hospital National Eye Center and have lectured internationally. I am recognized as an expert by my peers in cataract and LASIK surgery as well as most other medical eye diseases. I have lectured at the AMERICAN ACADEMY OF OPHTHALMOLOGY conferences including those involving LASIK litigation. I have lectured to ophthalmologists throughout the world. I have had extensive training by legal professionals on giving testimony at trial and giving written statements and advice. I have worked closely with some of the best medical malpractice attorneys.
