Distinguished hand and microvascular surgeon with extensive experience in both clinical practice and leadership. Currently serving as an Attending Hand and Microvascular Surgeon. Formerly the Director of Microsurgery at St. Anthony Hospital, a Level 1 Trauma Center in Lakewood, Colorado. I completed my Hand Surgery Fellowship at the University of Texas Southwestern and my residency in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Colorado. I hold a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of California, Irvine, and dual Master of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Physiology from the University of California, Davis. I am an active member of the American Society for Surgery of the Hand and a board-certified member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, I am well-versed in the latest surgical techniques and technologies. My contributions to the field are reflected in numerous publications and presentations at national conferences. My dedication to advancing surgical practices and improving patient outcomes lends itself quite well to acting as an expert witness in cases involving hand, microvascular, plastic and reconstructive surgery as well as trauma care.
