Remington Nevin, MD, MPH, DrPH, a former U.S. Army medical officer, is a physician epidemiologist and experienced expert witness in the fields of occupational medicine, preventive medicine, epidemiology, and public health. Trained in epidemiology at Johns Hopkins, board certified in Public Health and General Preventive Medicine and in Occupational Medicine by the American Board of Preventive Medicine, and licensed to practice medicine in four states (MD, MI, NY, VT), Dr. Nevin is an active researcher, primarily in the adverse effects of quinoline antimalarials. Dr. Nevin taught for 10 years at Johns Hopkins and has over 80 scientific publications with over 1,500 citations, primarily on topics related to antimalarial adverse effects, malaria, military mental health, and military-civilian health policy.
