Dr. Barbour is a board certified physiatrist as well as a certified Life Care Planner. She has extensive experience in managing on-going rehabilitation needs. She possesses deep expertise in aging with a disability having cared for patients who have suffered a devastating injury or illness throughout their lifespan. She has been providing Expert Witness work for over 5 years and recently has expanded her services to include Life Care Planning. She brings unique experience in understanding standard of care, clinical guidelines, and "usual, customary and reasonable" from her decade plus experience leading utilization management for payer organizations. Having also served as a Residency Program Director, her enjoys the educational and teaching aspects of her work as an Expert Witness and Life Care Planner.
