Mr. Beloy has 20+ years of experience in automotive product R&D, traffic crash reconstruction, and product liability investigations. He analyzes incidents involving all types of equipment and vehicles, including off-highway vehicles, mobility products, and traffic accidents involving cars, trucks, and motorcycles. Mr. Beloy has extensive experience with powersport vehicles such as off-road motorcycles, snowmobiles, personal watercraft, ATVs, and side-by-sides. He has operated these vehicles since his youth and he is an experienced mechanic with competitive racing and dealership experience. His professional experience includes large-scale product liability evaluations associated with major recalls on motorcycles and OHVs. Mr. Beloy holds a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, professional engineering licensure, and he is a board-certified Forensic Engineer by the CESB. His independent research includes digital video analysis, off-road vehicle dynamics, and vehicle control. He is an active member in industry societies, and he is an experienced expert witness and instructor.
