I am a highly motivated Dual Masters prepared Professional Registered Nurse with over thirteen years of clinical experience, over 12 of which have specialized in Labor & Delivery. I have additionally receive training in Audit Trail Analysis from leading expert Saira Pasha. Audit trail review skills are not limited to my nursing specialty and are available for all cases involving Electronic Health Records. I still practice clinically, and have climbed the hospital's "clinical ladder" to now be recognized as an expert-level nurse. Throughout my nursing career, I've also taken on roles in quality improvement and research. I’ve brought my work to a national conference and plan to publish the results of my research study within the next year. In my role as a Registered Nurse, I excel in patient care, assessment, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Serving as Charge Nurse and Preceptor, I've demonstrated multitasking and flexibility in high-pressure environments. In the L&D setting, I have had the honor of being part of one of the most important days in people's lives. I teach neonatal resuscitation (NRP) and also hold certifications in Inpatient Obstetric Nursing (RNC-OB) and Electronic Fetal Monitoring (C-EFM).
