Ravi R. Pandit, MD, MPH is a clinically-active, board-certified, fellowship-trained, medical and surgical retina specialist. He has experience and expertise in the medical and surgical management of all diseases of the vitreous, retina, and macula as well as a specialized expertise and interest in the medical and surgical management of ocular trauma. Dr. Pandit trained at the top-ranked U.S. medical school, public health school, ophthalmology residency, and surgical/medical retina fellowship programs. His expertise is similarly distinguished and well-recognized: Dr. Pandit has served as faculty at Johns Hopkins where he was responsible for training medical students, residents, and fellows; published widely in major ophthalmology journals; and given talks at numerous ophthalmology meetings. He is a full member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and serves in leadership roles for the American Society of Retina Specialists and American Society of Ocular Trauma. Dr. Pandit has extensive writing and public speaking experience.
