Mr. Broidis is an expert witness with regard to all facets of the commercial real estate industry and has been used by many local, regional and national law firms to assist with their litigation matters. Mr. Broidis also founded Atlantic Commercial Group, a Delray Beach-based commercial real estate brokerage and development company in 2000 and has since been the recipient of many awards and accolades as well as being ranked as one of the top 20 commercial real estate firms in South Florida. Gary has been and continues to be involved in all aspects of land acquisition and development, property acquisitions and dispositions along with leasing and brokerage activities for retail, office, medical and industrial properties. Additional activities include exclusive tenant representation for national and regional office tenants and retailers. Gary is also a property owner of a diverse collection of real estate assets including retail, office, multifamily and restaurant properties and has been directly involved in the formation of various limited partnerships. In NYC, where Mr. Broidis began his career in commercial real estate, he was directly responsible for the leasing, management and redevelopment of retail and office properties in NYC and numerous states along the eastern United States. Gary is extremely familiar with all aspects of property development, management, redevelopment and any matters with regard to partnership issues and the acquisition/disposition of assets. Gary was also an instructor at NYU in Manhattan for continuing education credits for licensed real estate agents.
