Michael Lefevere has been a Licensed VA Realtor since June 2004. He has been involved in over 400 real estate transactions during his career representing the following types of clients: Residential - Sellers, Purchasers, Tenants, and Landlords. Commercial - Sellers, Purchasers, Tenants, and Landlords. He is extremely knowledgeable regarding listing, purchase, and lease agreements for residential and commercial real estate in the state of Virginia. The price range of the properties that he has listed or sold range from $165,000 to $1,460,000. Michael is also the owner of 44PPM, a property management company and has extensive experience processing rental applications, drafting lease agreements, performing move-in and move-out inspections, and handling disputes between landlords and tenants. Michael is a certified Relocation Specialist, Weichert Rental Specialist, obtained a BPOR certification (Broker Price Opinion Resource), is a Weichert mentor trainer – teaching other agents how to use the MLS and conduct research, and wrote an article in “The Reston Letter” newspaper in July 2023 – “Reston Rental Prices Are Skyrocketing – Why it may be the perfect time to become a landlord.” He has previously worked as an expert witness in Fairfax County and can provide references upon request.
