Michael Wagner has over 14 years of experience in these areas, and over 17 years of technical experience. Aside from having legal experience as an expert witness, he also has experience in the legal and insurance field working for a large privately owned organization in commercial and residential landscaping, construction, architecture, and snow removal service provider. Michael has extensive education in business and service management which includes his MBA, BSBA, and industry leading certifications and certificates. Snow and Ice Management - Certified Snow Professional (CSP) and Advanced Snow Manager (ASM) - ASCA-C Certified with the Accredited Snow Contractors Association (ASCA) - Development and management of snow and ice removal services. - Review and creation of snow and ice removal contracts for contractors, subcontractors, municipalities, homeowner associations (HOA), and other service providers and clients. - Snow site and property safety and planning, reducing slip and fall injuries or personal injuries. - Creation and implementation of snow and ice removal training to service contractors and their employees such as snowplowing, shoveling, snow blowing, salting, using chemical deicers and anti-icers, and all other roles. - Retained as expert technical advisor for the Snow and Ice Management Association (SIMA) creating role-based safety training for snow and ice management services for their entire directory of members and non-member organizations.
