I am a U.S. Navy Nurse Corps veteran, retiring honorably in 2016, and hold a Master of Science in Nursing Education. Since then, I’ve continued to serve in both academia and clinical practice—as a dedicated Faculty member and experienced Labor & Delivery nurse. Driven, focused, and a natural leader, I bring 19 years of clinical and educational expertise to my work. My diverse skill set includes curriculum development, team leadership, and in-depth knowledge of perinatal care. As the Owner and Founder of Perinatal Legal Nurse Consultant, LLC, I provide unbiased, expert consultation to attorneys and law firms nationwide. My services include medical record analysis, merit case reviews, and expert witness testimony in obstetric and newborn litigation. Additionally, I serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for multiple Electronic Health Record systems, including Epic, Meditech, Cerner, and Centricity.
