Laura Cantrell is the Principal of Cantrell Real Estate Associates, LLC and a Certified Property Manager (CPM®) through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®). With over 40 years of industry experience, she brings deep expertise in the management, leasing, and sale of residential, commercial, and association properties. Throughout her career, Laura has held prominent leadership roles, including serving as a Regional Vice President and a member of the Student Advisory Committee for IREM®. Since 2013, she has also contributed her insights as a member of the University of Alaska Real Estate Program Advisory Board. In addition to property management, her firm has provided consulting and expert witness services since 2018. Laura is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Alaska and maintains offices in Alaska, Texas, and California. She holds active memberships in several professional organizations, including the Community Association Institute (CAI), Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), Snow and Ice Management Association (SIMA), and the National Apartment Association (NAA). Her long-standing dedication and commitment to client service have fostered enduring relationships—some lasting more than 35 years. In recognition of her outstanding achievements, Laura was named Certified Property Manager® of the Year by the IREM® Alaska Chapter in both 2005 and 2006.
