Laura Cantrell, Principal of Cantrell Real Estate Associates, LLC, is a Certified Property Manager (CPM®) with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®) and brings over 39 years of experience in managing, leasing, and selling residential, commercial, and association properties. She has served as Regional Vice President and Student Advisory Committee Member for IREM® and has been a member of the University of Alaska Real Estate Program Advisory Board since 2013. Cantrell Real Estate Associates LLC has provided consulting and expert witness services since 2018. Laura is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Alaska and an active member of several professional organizations, including the Community Association Institute (CAI), Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA), Snow and Ice Management Association (SIMA), and the National Apartment Association (NAA).
