Dr. Collins specializes in plastic and reconstructive surgery at Boston Medical Center and is an Assistant Professor of Surgery at Boston University School of Medicine. He graduated from Tufts University School of Medicine before completing residencies in both general surgery at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and Harvard Plastic Surgery at Mass General Brigham. Dr. Collins focuses on plastic surgery of the breast, body, limbs and face. Clinical focus includes breast reconstruction, microsurgery, gender affirming chest reconstruction (top surgery), liposuction and body contouring and lower extremity reconstruction after trauma. He has an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and is working to improve healthcare delivery and value using generative artificial intelligence.
