Daniel Halperin is an internationally recognized expert in public health and infectious diseases, specializing in HIV-AIDS and Covid-19. Dr. Halperin has served as an expert witness in a wide variety of litigation, involving masking and other restrictions as well as COVID-19 vaccines, including for example vaccine-related injuries and regarding the lack of scientific evidence to justify mandating that children be vaccinated against Covid-19. He has taught and conducted research on the faculties of Harvard University and the University of California, San Francisco. He has published 15 articles on Covid-19, including in the Annals of Internal Medicine, Cambridge University Press, the Washington Post, San Francisco Chronicle, Time magazine, and the Wall Street Journal, and is author of the highly regarded book, "Facing Covid Without Panic." Reviews: “Dr. Halperin supported our legal team by providing great testimony and giving invaluable help in preparing to question the opposing expert. He was professional and helped to clarify weaknesses and potential landmines in our case. I cannot recommend Dr. Halperin more highly.” David A. Kallman, Attorney at Law Kallman Legal Group, PLLC Lansing, Michigan "I received fantastic expert testimony and other scientific support from Dr. Halperin for my legal case related to a Covid vaccine. If a similar need were to arise again, he is definitely whom I will be reaching out to. Dr. Halperin is personable, timely, and simply outstanding in every way. I tried contacting many other experts for assistance, and he was the only one that came through for me. I could not be more grateful." Angela Loerzel Swafford, LCSW, BCD, ACHP-SW, Portland, Oregon "Dr. Halperin was a consummate professional who was reliable, responsive, and well-versed in epidemiological issues relating to the spread of Covid-19. He assisted me greatly in developing the record and issues in my first Covid-19 case. Perhaps most importantly, he helped me better understand the entire evidentiary record and how it impacted my defense. I would highly recommend him as an expert witness in epidemiology." Alan J. Chang, Esq. Bruyneel Law Firm, LLP San Francisco, CA
