Held the position of state advocacy association Director, engaged with the state Department of Human Services, Division of Medicaid Services, Division of Quality Assurance, and Bureau of Assisted Living. Membership in advisory committees and workgroups to establish best practices, quality improvement, and excellence in home and community-based services (HCBS) and assisted living programs throughout the state.
