Dr. Tarcha has been in private practice for 39 years, and continues to have an active clinical practice. She has over 20 years experience as an expert for both Plaintiff and Defense. Cases include Stroke, Wrongful Death, Vertebral Artery Dissection, Carotid Artery Dissection, Herniated Discs from Chiropractic Manipulation, Spinal Cord Injury, Failure to Diagnose, Failure to Refer, Sexual Assault, and State Board complaints. Dr, Tarcha served as President of the California Chiropractic Association, Los Angeles Southwest District, and was on the Board of Directors for the CCA. Teaching experience includes Supervising Chiropractor for the Clinical Internship program at the Southern California University of Health Sciences. She has been certified as a Qualified Medical Evaluator by the State of California, and is also licensed as a X-Ray Supervisor.
