My extensive background includes development, operations, risk management, hazard evaluations, safety standards, and "best in class" real estate management. I have over 29 years of experience in multi-family, commercial, condo, and mixed-use management operations and acquisitions, having worked with some of the largest Management firms across the US. My background includes significant real estate development services, leasing, and Tenant law. He is a Certified Property Manager and real estate executive based in Texas. My expert witness/litigation support activities include working and testifying on behalf of both Plaintiff and Defendant, and I have significant deposition and trial experience. My work has included cases in various other states outside of Texas. In addition to Apartment Management, I am experienced in Manufactured Homes and Mobile Home Parks.
